军人退役安置补偿制度研究：摘要：军队是一个国家和平发展的重要保障，军人是军队和国防的建设者。军队的不断发展，退役军人的安置问题已经成为亟待解决的问题之一。目前军人退役的安置补偿制度中存在着诸多的问题，国家对退役军人的安置补偿关系到军人退役后的生活是否受到影响。加强军人退役安置补偿制度的分析和研究，进一步完善军人退役后的各种补偿制度， 有助于确保退役军人的合法权益，促进国家军队人力资源的合理配置，增强现役军人为国家贡献力量。

本文在基于理论分析的基础上，结合实际情况，分析军人的资本理论，对军人退役安置补偿进行了理论分析，系统阐述了军人退役安置补偿的基本问题，并建立了军人退役安置补偿理论模型对军人退役安置补偿问题进行理性思考，针对当前军人退役安置补偿存在的问题进行成因分析。同时，本文结合我国我军的实际情况注意吸收和借鉴发达国家军人退役安置补偿方面的经验教训。最后，本文在实证分析的基础上提出和完善目前军人退役安置补偿的政策措施，进一步构建军人退役安置补偿机制的完整体系。

Army's unceasing development, the placement question of the once-serviceman already became one which of questions urgently awaits to be solved. At present, there are many problems on the compensatory regime of the once-serviceman, the country relates the life of the serviceman after retired compensation whether to come under the influence. Strengthen analysis and the research of the placement compensatory regime of the once-serviceman analysis and the research, after further consummates the serviceman retires each kind of compensatory regime, which is helpful in guarantees once-serviceman's legitimate rights and interests, the promotion country army human resources reasonable disposition, the enhancement active duty personnel for the national contribution strength.

This article in based on theoretical analysis's foundation, the union actual situation, analyzes serviceman's capital theory, retired the placement compensation to the serviceman to carry on the theoretical analysis, the system elaborated the basic question about the placement compensation of the once-serviceman , and established the once-serviceman placement compensatory theory model to retire the placement compensation question to make the serviceman carry on the rationality to ponder, retired the placement compensation existence in view of the current serviceman the question to carry on the origin analysis. At the same time, this article unifies our country our army's actual situation attention to absorb and profits from the developed country serviceman to retire the placement compensation aspect the experience. Finally, this article in empirical analysis's foundation proposed that retires the placement compensation with the consummation present serviceman the special operational policy measures, further constructs the serviceman to retire the placement compensation mechanism the complete system.
