Abstract
This text mainly narrates the die design and manufacture about the panel of battery. It mainly adopts the method of stamping treating to take shape, because the stamping treating has a lot of outstanding merit, therefore commercial run middle, especially mass production middle apply, priority introduce that step move forward model structure design procedures, and how apply press machine it's mould upper stamping take place need to take shape form, among them include step move forward model function, step move forward model important job part combination, and step move forward model accomplish be modernized excellent mould characteristic and so on.
This paper analyzes the technical characteristics of the double cylinder product stamping,including the size calculation of the part blank development by using pro/e, technical analysis, the calculation of the punching force and drawing force, the difficulties of die design, making sure the layout project and the die general structure. The progressive die could complete seven processes that include punching, drawing, shaping and so on. The high-speed punching machine has been used during the process of producing. It introduces the design and manufacture of the punch, the die, the stripping device, the pushing device, and the blanking holders in details.
