简易数控内圆磨床设计 摘要:本文主要介绍了一台简易内圆磨床的整体设计,各部件设计,以及控制系统的设计方法和设计过程。该机床可以用于磨削圆柱孔和圆锥孔,适用于单件小批生产。
本文主要介绍如何设计这台数控磨床。本文分四部分,第一部分介绍了有关磨床的基本内容,包括其发展史、数控技术的相关知识以及磨床的基本知识。第二部介绍了磨床的总体设计,其主要内容是工艺方案的拟定,磨床运动参数的确定,以及磨床的总体设计方案。第三部分介绍的是磨床主轴的设计、工作台导轨设计、进给机构设计等。第四部分介绍了电机的选择以及控制系统的工作原理及特点。

Abstract
This paper presents a summary of the Internal Grinder's overall design, the design of the components and the control system ,and the process of the design. The cylindrical grinding machine can be used for holes and conical hole, apply to a single small-batch production.
This paper describes how the design of this CNC grinder. This article consists of four parts, the first on the basic elements of the grinding machine, including its history of development, NC technology-related knowledge, and basic knowledge of the grinder. The second part of the overall design on the grinding machine, and its main content of the programme is the development, movement parameters of grinder, grinding machine and the overall design programme. The third part is on the grinding machine spindle design, table guide the design, feeding mechanism design. Part IV introduced a motor control system and the choice of the working principle and characteristics.
